About:
Bhandardara is a huge lake, located near Igatpuri, in the Western Ghats of India. It is one of the best places in Maharashtra to experience camping in-between nature. In Bhandardara right before the monsoon hits the ground fireflies get ready to gleam their light at the brightest in the forest area beside the lake. Fireflies can be seen only 15 to 20 days before monsoon during their mating season. Join us and give yourself in, to a camping night beside the breathtaking ranges of Sahyadri as you catch sight of the glorious fireflies.
Ride Itinerary:
Day - 1: Saturday, 01st June 2024
Meeting Point: Majiwada Circle, below bridge at 1:00 pm
01:15 pm: Journey Start
01.45 pm: Meet up Point at Kalyan - Bhiwandi Junction
05:30 pm: will reach nearby village of camp site & will have welcome drink
06:30 pm: Tent setup by participants, free time for photography and enjoying fun and games activities
08:30 pm: BBQ Session, Bonfire,
10:30 pm: Dinner time
11:30 pm: Night Trail Walk to watch fireflies & photography
12:30 pm: Lights of and Good night (Enjoy the amazing experience of having a nap in Tents)
Day - 2: Sunday, 02nd June 2024
7:00 am: Good Morning and get fresh, Enjoy Sunrise
8:30 am: Breakfast & Enjoy time at Lake with water sports activities
11:30 am: Start return journey back to home
12:30 pm: Lunch On the Way
5:30 pm: Reach Thane.

Excludes:
1. Petrol and Maintenance cost should be settled by the bike owner and the person accompanying him.
2. In case, of a single rider, the petrol and maintenance charges has to be paid by him alone.
3. Any kind of Insurance.
4. Cold Drinks, Mineral Water, etc.
5. Anything which is not mentioned in includes.
6. Boat Ride charges
7. Forest Entry Fees & Bike/Car Charges
WSR will provide info about a willing participant who can accompany you, and share the expenses. This depends on availability of such willing participants
Reflector Bibs for night drive is compulsory (Green Colour)
Either you carry your own or WSR will provide it for Rs.150/- Only

Riding Gears (Elbow, Knee Guard, Hand Gloves)
Helmet (Riders + Pillion)
Some ready to eat food biscuits or cakes
Extra Pair of cloth (as we will be having fun time in Beach)

Important Points to keep in mind:
1 The leader's decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
2 Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
3 Over-speeding will not be tolerated as usual, because mishaps cost yours as well as whole group’s time..
4 Don’t even think or assume that it is a LUXURY trip, please be ready to rough yourself out or else please stay at home for comfort.
5 “WSR Outdoors” would not be responsible for any uncertainties happening to him and also the members who accompany him.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. If cancellation done prior to 10 days of outing 75% will be refunded.
2. If done prior to 7 days of outing 50% will be refunded
3. After that no refund will be provided.
Medical Disclaimer:
It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.
